I have ordered for a product from Zotezo online after seeing their ad in the Times of India on 6th Dec 2015. My order id #100002589 is still pending with them and not delivered. I have written to them on their website lodging my complaint but there has been no reply. I have called their customer service several times which sadly only goes to their voicemail.

Same has happned with me. Looks like Zotezo is a fraud company. Luckily my order is just INR 229 – not a big loss but we need to held them responsible and make them charged for taking money and not deliviering.
