I had a pathetic experience with zipker.

I have place the order on 27th Sept through Zipker online service and it is already dispatched from 9 days but still I havent received the package yet and also the customer care ph number is not working.I have sent multiple mails to them but no luck.They are not responding.

This appears to be a fraud company and shouls be blacklisted so that no other customer is cheated.Could anyone please help me here please help me to get my money back
