Dear SIr, i was brought yu yureka after waiting long time in march, 2015
but unfortunately mobile charging was not done properly i was check usb cable, adapter and mobile .
usb cable not working properly, i was contacted to yu yureka customer care and they were assured your usb cable will reach to your address within 7 days. after there was no communication regarding that. again i was contacted for same issue in
jun and july yu executive told me that my address was not in there delivery area, they will send by DTDC courier service and after 7 days you will got USB. no communication was done by yu executive again this issue. again i was follow up in august many time at that time, after that usb cable and adopter both were also not working properly . i was discussed again this issue with yu care executive and they told your USB cable and adopter will reach your address after 7 to 8 days. but there were no communication after that with yu care. Again i called to yu for mobile charging stopped by different chargers. yu executive guide for for factory setting and resetting procedure and restart the device but there were no benefit of that. after that he was told me they will arrange the pick of mobile on given address by me in yu delivery area. After 15 days i was contacted there were no yu person come to my place to pick up the phone and same story repeated by the yu executive. i was explained lot of time same issued to yu yureka but i didn’t got the support from yu. really i am very harassed by this procedure. i was called lot of time to yu and waste my time for 30 to 50 minutes every time.

till there is no help or support getting from yu customer care.
