I am Sayed Musabbir purchase YU yuphoria mobile but my mobile display got damage so I tried to contact at your service center Tamanna Infotech regarding my yu yuphoria display issue, but they don’t provide me proper service. They told me that we don’t have spare parts of regarding device and its pricing list of parts, even they don’t receive my call at all.Then I call to customers care on 18602122122 representative told me that they will replace my display but they will charge for that and I accept the condition.

Company pickup the phone on 07/11/2015 and it reaches to the kn_rpc (Delhi) at 04:21 PM.Issue is still I am not received my mobile and when will I get my mobile.Further detailed are below kindly go through it.
