I have ordered 3 pair of shoes on Yepme. However on receipt of the same. I found out that one of the shoes is not the same as the one i have seen and ordered on the company’s website. So I made a complaint of the same and have paid Rs.160/- for their mistake of wrong delivery of the product. However even after paying they delivered me the same old shoes which they have send to me first time. I feel like cheated as have already paid Rs.160 as courier for their mistake and now i am with a pair of shoes which i dont like. I cannot even replace the same as the company does not have such policy
