Hi, This is Ranga. I have paid to y-axis, MG Road Bangalore around Rupees 37.5k for German seeker Visa initially. With in 24 hours of time, I requested y-axis to change it to German job search which cost around rupees 28.5k. They did and I am asking for the remaining amount to refund. Lady called Mahalakshmi KS was coordinating me for providing details and payment. And also she promised that refund will be done, but it takes some time. After a week, I called to y-axis, they told that she is not working anymore with y-axis and my case is transferred to another person called Shivashanker. Shivashanker called me 20 days back and told me that he raised request for the refund and get back to me in 2 to 3 days. He said that he doesn’t know when the amount will get refunded. He didn’t call me again. when I called him today he says that he’s going raise request again and get back to in 2 to 3 days, And he said that I may not get the amount. And also he irritates me by telling the story from the beginning and he doesn’t speak anything about refunding the amount. Please don’t play with customers, you need customers at end of the day. I am really frustrated with y-axis. Please take this complaint and make them refund my money

“Already sent you the reply : Dear Ranga,
This is an official response from Y-Axis Overseas Careers.
As per our record initially you have registered for Germany Job Seeker visa processing in the month of April 2014 by paying an amount of Rs. 33 250 + 12.36% service tax. Immediately after registration you have changed your mind and expressed that you want to change the process to Resume Marketing to seek job opportunities in Germany.
We have considered your request and process conversion was provided to you with immediate effect. Toward process conversion we have adjusted the fees paid at initial level and for the remaining balance we advised you to avail our Resume Marketing Services to seek job opportunities in Singapore.
Again after certain period you have changed your mind and asked for refund of the remaining balance. Pertaining to the same concern you have written an email to us and also post a complaint in this forum.
Your statement in an email dated May 22 2014:-
“”This is Rangaswamy Manjegowda. I have paid to y-axis MG Road Bangalore around Rupees 37.5k for German seeker Visa initially. Within 24 hours of time I requested y-axis to change it to German job search which cost around rupees 28.5k. They did and I am asking for the remaining amount to refund.”” ————————————————————————————————————–
As an exceptional case we have considered your request and refunded you the balance amount to settle the matter in a amicable way.
Further while your resume marketing process was going on you have expressed that you want to opt out from the service as there was no response from any employer. However in our record it is evident that you have received couple of responses from the German employers and recruitment agencies within the span of 4 weeks of resume marketing. The same has been promptly informed to you as well by our process consultant.
I would like to reiterate that during your resume marketing phase you have received responses from the employer and as per service level agreement you are not entitled for any refund. However as a goodwill gesture we have considered your request and as an exceptional case offered you refund under opt out clause. In regard to the same context we have also sent an email to you but we never get a response from you.
To conclude please be informed that we have already made too many exceptions in your case since your association with Y-Axis. Any further exception or unconditional request would not be entertained.
