Dear sir,
I ordered xiamoi Red Mi 2 prime on nov.22, 2015 & it delivered me on 24 nov. when I started it it showed sim card not accepted. I complaint about it on 30th nov on customer care of Xiamoi, they said please checked it on service centre then we will replaced it. I went on dec 1, 2015 & they checked & make a diagnos about the faulty product.but still now no body is come for take the product for replacement. I did many times call on service centre about it. I am harrashed about the service of comapny. on new phone its service is too much bad. I want my money back. please take action against this complain
