Fake people, they will take your profile details from job sites and call you by saying they are calling from nownaukri.com which was couple of years ago part of naukri.com.

Offer you jobs and ask to register and pay.. once you make the payment you know what next..
Be carefull and dont make any kind of online payment to these guys.
