Hi
I had ordered flowers to be deliver the flowers in one of the office . They did not deliver and later claimed they have delivered @8pm to some other person as the concerned person was not available.
It was complete lie as concerned person was available and they did not deliver.

Also, on continous follow-up after 3rd day they said they will deliver .
Person is really arrogant. Not at all committed and nor he is capable of customer service
