I ordered 10 strands of orchid in a bouquet and 1kg dryfruit giftpack for my parent’s on 24th April. Order ID HIOF-25042018324304
Only 8 strands of orchid were delivered and the dry fruits were of very inferior quality. Soumik Roy from their Customer Care Dept. refused to acknowledge my issue and disregarded my complains.
I want a refund of the 2 missing orchids that were not delivered and also 1/2 of the money back for the bad quality dry fruits.
Very disgusted with their service and their attitudes.
