I am also a victim of these fake ppl and my 9905 is struck for hard disks since 23.3.2014

I have lodged complaint with EBS and HDFC for charge back (same can be filed within 120 days of transaction) and finally got the refund

Many ppl after contacting EBS and thier banks are getting the refunds now.
