I got the ws retails JMD contact number thru net and i had given ordered of iphone 6s on worth Rs. 39000/- thru mail as well as phone.

yesterday February 9, 2016 i have received the shipment thru NCPL thru quirk shipment thru delhivery.com worth Rs. 47289/- which i was not given to them. so refuse to take delivery and send back to vendor.

now i can try to contact ws retail Mr. kapil and request him to refund of my Rs. 2000/- but i cant, so please request you to intervene in this matter and resolve.

expecting some amicable solution of my matter and take action against online retailers.
