Item delivered is a used product and has scratches plus dents on it.

I ordered a product from wittycart and they sent me a used product which has scratches and dents on it and i sent them so many messages regarding the product and i ask them i want the refund of it and they didn’t replied to any of my messages even the emails on their [email protected] and they have a refund policy of 3 days which is been expired because they didn’t replied to my messages and emails and i have been doing all this since the product was delivered to me. They are just sending the fake and used products to the customers and they show something else on the website and send the item doesn’t even match to the display product on their website. Please do the needful asap

I have placed the order (wc1 smart watch) from wittycart.com for Rs. 1999. I got the fake product which is not getting on and I mailed them but they are not replying ([email protected])

Wittycart is worst online site which i never used ,i purchased i smart watch which is not compatable with the Airtel ,and wanted to retur big its very tuff task with this.

The worst online site which is a big fraud . imagine a company with no phone nos . no reply comes for emails . one phone number shown as customer care cell goes to one sagar kumar , who i believe is a fraudster who tries to get all your account details like credit card number /cvv , your bank account number on the pretext of arranging to send your refund . please do not give any details as you might get your account totally swiped . please be very careful . The same product is available in Amazon at half the price . so please do not fall prey to this new method of fraud . i suspect at least crores of rupees must have been lost by gullible people on this site . This looks like a big scam
