Item descriptions are switched after purchase was made. Items are of the poorest quality and are misrepresented. They are either photographed too large or too small, leading to disappointment when they arrive, or IF they arrive. Items are PARTIALLY delivered; if you order 5 only 1 is delivered and you are charged for 5, PLUS a ridiculous delivery fee and they send what THEY want. The company is listed in San Francisco, but items come from Asia and take 1 month or more to arrive, IF they actually arrive. The customer service number refers you to the website where emails from their “reps” keep asking for photos, despite the fact that I indicated I do not have a phone or camera for taking photos. This goes back and forth with no human interaction. I have been duped out of $220 in purchases for $3 worth of useless, dead products. This company should be forced to shut down and a class action suit should be instituted in order to reimburse buyers for their purchases from this unscrupulous site. In addition, the FTC, US Attorney General, etc. should be notified and sanctions should be brought.
