I have a very bad experience with your services. I had uploaded my resume on your website but was not getting relevant job alerts as per my experience. most of the job alerts had been for very junior or entry level only. I was being called time and again by your executives for using paid services. last I was contacted by Mr Mubin, who told me that your clients .

Dear Mr Mubeen ,
You promised lots of services verbally when you called me several times. I raised the question whether you have some jobs for a person of 63 years like me, You immediately told me that you had positions of banking trainers in Bank of Oman and accounts and finance lead vacancy in some bank in Singapore. Also you told having some openings in Mumbai and NCR. But as per protocol, as advised by you for any initiation, you needed me to be a paid member for which you had been following me for long. I was reluctant to subscribe, having lesser degree of belief for getting a job at this age, but you reiterated that I should believe you and you will not say any thing wrong for the small sum of Rs.7000 to be paid by me. Your company gets fees from employers which is huge and not dependent on fee from employment seekers.

On being prompted by you time and again over telephone, I paid the amount advised by you, hoping that the promises made by you will be fulfilled as a gentle man’s promise. You sent me few mails also specifying lots of other services not verbally told. The text of such mails is copied here under at the end of this mail.

You are aware that even my CV could not be written properly by your team. Ms Lekhya coordinated in sending the draft to me. None of the members of your CV writing team ever called me for discussing and a CV not matching my profile was thrown away. Ultimately I have to write my CV myself and send the same to Ms Lekhya and you. There had been no responses from you, despite my repeated mails showing my annoyance. Even you did not prefer to pickup my phone when called on your cell.

I am receiving the matched jobs from your company requiring 1-2 years of experience which do not match my profile and not the jobs of consultants/ trainers in the area of banking and finance as desired by me, the domain in which I am looking for the job. I forwarded one of the such mail to you but no response.

Now May I know/ request you:
1. what you have done regarding already existing vacancies told by you over phone?
2. Who is the dedicated person to handle my CV. As advised by you, I understand you are the person.
3. I have received mails showing the number of employers (5 by earlier mail and 3 by a later mail, surprising) to whom my CV has been sent by you. The names of employers are not disclosed. It should be disclosed as done by all job search websites, even to free members..
4. You are requested to fulfil the promises made to me soon as possible, as nothing has been done even after lapse of one month.

It is not out of place to mention that failure to provide promised services may raise a consumer grievance dispute.

Dear Mubeen,
1. What is the status of application for existing job opening in Bank of Oman and some bank instigators which you advised they needed persons like me only.
2. I have got few mails form wisdom. These are for very junior level positions. How such jobs are being matched for me.
3. I am not getting the details of employers to whom my CV is being sent.
There is no progress and you, supposed to coordinate with me are not updating me.
Please note, I was in urgent need of a job that is why on your promise subscribed for your services. You should not forget your promises.
