They took double application fee for college and when i asked them about it they told me if it is more than application fee than we will give you back at that time i gave him proof for that and then they told me we will give you within month.i asked him when you have to take fee you need money before work why do you take so much time?
They have not answer for that.
And second thing is i applied in college after 20 days of application still i have not got any info. regarding my application status.when i called them they cut my phone several times to ignore me.
And third is that when i joined consulatancy they told me we will give you free five application but now they told me we never promised about that you have three free application.
Forth is they told me they will give me statement of purpose which will be written by them, when i got sop i got exactly sop from google when i complaint about it they first told me its impossible at that time i gave him proof for it after that they believed in me and head of admission told me i will give u new one within 2 days.before my complaint they had never do work well we have to aware about them
Fifth is they never suggested me any universities from their side what is this ? Is it consultancy?
Six is when i complained about any thing they have only one answer your file is not under my observation so its not my fault every time i got that answer.
