I am KSR, a senior citizen from Telangana. I had placed an order vide No.S80554536 for FILA sports shoes & a Track suit.The delivery was delayed & finally delivered on 18th Sept i.e.after 30days. I found the shoes & the Tracksuit to be of a smaller size. I tried calling them & failed. On Saturday i.e.20th Sept., I took the supplied goods & reached their office. Though they attend to customers up to 4.00pm on Saturdays, they welcomed us most courteously even after 4.15 pm. They deputed a person to attend to our grievance who helped us to get both the items of our size. They displayed many pairs of FILA shoes with different designs & we selected the one which we liked. Similarly, we got our Track suit replaced to our satisfaction.
I could learn that they are facing problems due to shortage of educated packing personnel & delivery agencies i.e.Courier where theft etc had become common. They are in the process of streamlining their operations.On being asked about phones not being attended, he said that they are constantly receiving call fro diff parts of India & unable to cope up with the pressure. They confirmed that they are instantly responding to all mails. I had also sent a mail requesting them to speed up the shipment. I had received a response. Let us not condemn “WHAAKY” BLINDLY. Hello everybody, let us give them a chance.
