I had ordered from whaaky a set of 3 trousers it was delivered and to my horror i found the ugliest altered set of trousers 1. The trousers were Size 28 / 30 which were converted to size 34 2. To make the trouser size 34 an ugly piece of cloth was attached at the back on the waist and same shade of cloth was attached on all the three trousers which were of different shade and color.
3. The trousers were not original products, even damaged and torn trouser which was repaired was shipped 4. What you mention on your site is that the product could vary in style…. DOES IT IMPLY YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SHIP ALTERED / TORN / REPAIRED STUFF
This is just the begining,
1. Repeated calls to your call center resulted in disconnected calls on attempts to lodge a complaint or ask for refund 2. No response to multiple e-mails which i sent 3. Finally when you started replying, you would always reply with a new e-mail id every time ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) 4. Your reply would never include the previous content and in each mail you would ask for details all over again.
5. Finally you agreed to resend the product (NO PICKING UP OF PRODUCT IS SUPPORTED. i had to courier it back to your location) 6. After writting multiple times finally the product was reshipped but to my horror, the reshipment was even worse. It had the same problems:

Repeated e-mails to Whaaky and again no response. Finaly On mentioning, that i would approach consumer forums, the whaaky team replied (although again with a diferent e-mail id with no track of previous e-mails, although i had always been forwarding over my previous mails) and after a round of about 10-12 e-mail agreed to refund. I have provided my bank details to them to initiate the refund, but it has been over a month and they have not sent my refund (i had to bear the cost to re-ship worthless products twice to them). I inquired them after 15 days and i received another e-mail to resend my bank details. I complied again and was waiting for my refund, I got a call from their rep. asking if i am interested in getting the refund or i would like to purchase something else, I emphasised that it’s been over a month that my refund has not been processed and now this call, the rep said they will initiate the refund. It’s been over 20 days again.
