I have ordered a FILA shoes & 2 T Shirts Rs.999 (Order No. S80561181) & and LED watch Rs.299 on 25.08.2014 and paid by credit card.

They have delivered LED watch in 10 days time and the remaining items was not delivered till date. When i sent an email for the FILA shoes & T Shirts first they sent a reply saying that the courier was returned. And when i wrote to them to give the returned courier docket number details, they sent me a reply on 20.8.2014 saying that my location (Chennai ) is a non serviceable and money will returned in 5-7 days time.

It is funny to note that, when I already received one product through same Whaaky and for the next product how do they say the courier is returned and now my address is non serviceable? I am sitting in heart of the Chennai city, you are saying courier returned like a remote area? Also my first item LED watch also delivered by the same Whaaky. After waiting almost a two months & Whaaky customer service is giving stupid answers to its customers each & every time.

They have very standard answers like this for cheating customers & i am wondering on how these kinds of online frauds are allowed in India by governments? And still Whaaky were not caught by authorities

Mu sincere suggestion is, do not order products through these kinds of online fraud companies.
