Dear Whaaky team,
I have ordered combo of two power banks and My order S80769794 has been successfully received by me but its not in proper working condition. These power bank are not charging my phone and it self also, it show full charge but when I plugged it in to phone then show low battery and goes shut down automatic. And their are no warranty card in this packet so what should i have to do, please help me as soon as possible.
