This was my first order placed with you guys.
Attaching the invoice label that came along with the product, for your reference.
The product left me in a state of shock.
Guess I was totally cornered this time around, when a used or second hand iBall mobile phone was delivered. Actually, was not ready for this type of a shocker game plan 🙂
However, I do not wish to blame you guys, if that was the intended proposal of delivering to a customer.
I intend to return the product back as is.
Since my order is COD and as the payment has already been made by me to the carrier of the product yesterday, in sync with your refund procedure It would be great, if an a/c payee cheque is made out in my name ” M.Sarat Chand Reddy ” for an amount of Rs.999/-.
With reference to the additional Rs.100/- that was changed for courier / handling charges, I leave it to your discretion as to how you would make good that amount.
Tried reaching the customer service number 040-66228282, since last evening, unfortunately there was no response. Hence sending out this email.
Please call back to confirm on this return. Will be returning the product back today evening.
