i order some product on whaaky on date 3-12-2014 and they promise me they will dispatch my order in 8 working days but from that time they will not deliver nor inform me about my order. my order no. is – S80244828. tell me what should i do.

i ordered some product with order no.S80287682…..as they did not ship the item with in stipulated time….i have requested refund of money 1099 rs that i paid for the product …still they are not responding
