My order no.-S80283136 ordered on 2nd April at whaaky.I have ordered 6 items of values More than Rs 6000 .now after I have enquired about whaaky and read the complaints of other customer ,I have mailed on same day in afternoon for request of cancellation of my order but even till today even after 4 reminder they did not replied at mail support @whaaky.com ,not even customer care talked to me.they always says they are busy dealing with other customers via vrs system.now what to do to get back my money,should I go in consumer forum for lodge case against whaaky or to lodge FIR against whaaky.please suggest so that I can get back my money values more than 6000.

My order has not been delivered for more than 20 Days now. they are crazy. No one answers calls and no one replies even on emails. 5 reminders sent. I will now take an strict action
