I made a complaint with you against wrong product delivered by WHAAKY.COM.
I want to inform you that after filing that complaint with you I got a mail from Whaaky support and they said to me to sent back the products and they would help me out. I claimed my refund from them and sent the product by courier at my cost.
I am amazed that they have sent another parcel of same kind of product in replacement without any information, I found the same material for which I filed a complaint so I denied to accept the second parcel and I made them an E-mail regarding this.
It seems that they will not help me out for this problem and complaining here is also not working.
I just want to ask that:.
How can I accept the same material from them If I have not found the previous one as per their specification?
Why should I not claim my money back if It fits in their return Policies?
Why should I not file a Suit against them with consumer forum If I am not being justified?
Now please confirm that should I wait for your response or take action against them by filing a suit??
