I have purchased samsung guru 1200 mobile of 2 pcs in Rs.1299 + cod =1499 on 21-Jan 2016.
But i got thaimade(chinese) product and the quality of product is very cheap so i returned that product to company’s adress n also send a mail of all my info with recieptent but company is not picking the phone.I am continuously following the company number but no response from the side. .Please do the needful or suggest how can i get my money back.
