On dt. 03.05.2014, I purchased online a combo offer (Lotto brand) from whaaky.com and made advance payment of Rs 699/- at that time but till date whaaky.com has not delivered the product. Order id is S80352010 for your kind reference. I contacted whaaky.com so many times but they are not giving positive reply so far.
I request you to please arrange to provide refund amount from this company as the company is not reliable.

I have placed my order on May 19th, 2014, but still not received the product.
Not even an update on the product shipment have been received.
