Hi I had ordered blazers from whaaky and my order id is s80296210. just now i had a call with mr. syed on 09533495334 and this is the worst customer service represent that i have seen in my life.
I want to cancel the order and wanted a refund for 999/- as the blazers that i have orderd was torn and dirty. i have already sent a mail as soon as i saw the product and couriered it the same day.
now all i want is a refund and need to talk to syed.
Whaaky is worst shopping webpage available online.
I recommend nobody use whaaky.
Shame on your whaaky for having those kind of uncultured agents on floor.
I work as a training manager in bangalore and you could send those stupid agents to bangalore and we will train them what is customer service and customer delight if you guys do not know to handle the same.
Whaaky is offering third class items and now third class customer service. SHAME on you WHAAKY. My reco please shut down your stupic business.
