wrong product is delivered. I want the refund

I have ordered one IHC USB Portable juicer ( but one get one free ) from WESHYP Online site 06/11/ 2020 and the parcel was delivered to me on 06/18/2020. I was surprised see some dummy useless plastic bottles inside the parcel instead of IHC USB Portable juicer. Why you are doing this cheating business online. I had submitted one complaint earlier but no response. so you think you have won the race without replying. Let me try to win the race by getting the refund
