I have bought a saree from Voonik which was worth 1000Rs/-. The saree that I received was completely different from the one I ordered. Material was so poor as if it costed only 100-200Rs/-. On returning, they deducted the service charges and COD charges and refunded me only the MRP amount. They will charge the same service charge and COD charge to any other customer also for the same product. So they should have refunded me all that I paid to them.
Voonik is just cheating on their customers. They show different products and sell something else.
