I am a vodafone prepaid customer with mobile number 8145680405. This is the second time they have decuted Rs.99/- showing a cause DNLD-DWAP_DLS0099_PPU_KIN0058701. When contacted customer care they were completely help less saying some website may have deducted the amount (where as I have data pack active) and they can not do any thing. My question is that which type of cheating is this? So many people are suffering from the same, and this is the time to take some strong action against this company.
