My vodafone no. is 9775876572 of West Bengal. Unwanted deductions of Rs.99 for DNLD_DWAP_DLS0099_PPU_KIN00587201
and Rs.75 for DNLD_DWAP_VID0075_PPU_MOB00414001 occured for the fourth time in this month. I am using vodafone 3G and my main data balance is still now more than 300MB. I don’t know what to do.

Plz help me to sort out the problem.

N.B.- I didn’t made any such deductions ever.
