Vodafone is charging me Rs. 90 for Hot Shots content from the past 2 months (May ’15 and Jun ’15). When contacted, they show ignorance about why I was charged.

Why don’t they tell us where this money is going? Why was it deducted without consent, or even notifying?

I want this money back, else I am going to move away from Vodafone. Also, they should provide information about “Hot Shots content” to every customer so that they are not duped.
