I am also victim of the same issue. When I contacted the customer care they gave me Rs.30 and Rs.99 were deducted from my account 9626399067 for the below downloads. I am sure who authorizes to deduct my voice balance to downloads.
DNLD-DWAP_VID0030_PPU_MOB00414001 and DNLD-DWAP_DLS0099_PPU_KIN00587001.

Can you refund the amount?
