This is in reference to my grievances regarding the Vodafone service provider.

I have written several emails to Vodafone regarding their services as well as my bill amount. However they are least concerned to address the issues. I also sent 3 emails to [email protected] but they failed to call me (although they proposed to call me).

Here is the list of grievances I have and need to your help to take the matter to Vodafone to resolve it.

1. I have to reminders to Vodafone to send my bills. This should be taken care by them, why should I request / remind Vodafone to send my bills?

2. I had very unpleasant experience with their agents: I spoke with an agent on June 13th at 10.40 PM, when I repeatedly requested him to provide his name and complaint number, he bluntly refused to do it. Since they record the costumer conversation, they should look into it.

3. Vodafone sends the alerts when customer’s usage is near to the credit limit. I have received these alerts in the in the past. However they failed to send me the alert during the month of May/June

4. I did not receive any prior alerts on disconnecting my outgoing calls & Data usage.
5. With whose consent did Vodafone increase the credit limit? Was there any sign document s/Verbal acceptance from me?

6. A couple of agents called me early last month after I sent my first email. As they failed to answer my queries, I asked them to connect me to their supervisor/manager. However it did not happen but they promised me that the manager will call me but I never got a call. Both the calls originated from Vodafone Pune/Mumbai. The agent’s names were Richa and Sapna.

7. Before my Travel to UK and US, I had spoken with a couple of agent for implement Rs. 1499 plan for international roaming, the same was not implemented.

8. Why am I getting different bill amounts and payment dates?

9. I keep getting calls from agents regarding the payment. Agents do not look into the complaint I registered with Vodafone. Every time I explain it to them and they assure me that they will talk to appropriate person on this matter.

I have been using this phone number for the last 10 years and never ever Vodafone had any issues from me regarding payments or any other topics. Although I make initiative to remind them for the bills so I can make payment on time.

However, this time appellate department is least concerned in addressing these issues so I have to bring it to your notice.
Until my grievances are addressed, I will be unable to make any payments. I request you to take a look into this and help take matter with concerned department at Vodafone.

Appreciate if my outgoing and data connection is reinstalled and for some reason if they are unable to resolve it, I would like use the portability option.
