Please intervene personally for Vodafone ethical business practices?

Please find the details in chronological manner, Hope it will help you to issue proper note to resolve the unethical malpractices of Vodafone India.

1. My Mobile connection was shifted to Vodafone on 04/10/13 at Vodafone.
2. I always paid Vodafone invoice on time as a good citizen and loyal customer without any single delay/defaults.
3. I raised my billing concern on 01/09/15 with an email to Vodafone Customer Care id and got the email delivery confirmation by acknowledgement mail & SMS. (Copy enclosed for your reference ) .
4. From 04/09 onwards Vodafone team started mentally torturing and harassing without being given any response to my queries raised on 01/09/15 .
5. On 06/09/15 I received a call from Vodafone executive at 4.05pm for MNP verification and reason for porting to another provider.
6. Waited for 7 Days as I have already moved my application for MNP because of frequent call drop issue with Vodafone network which leads to higher billing.
7. On 07/09/15 I escalate my issue to Nodal Officer as well as Appellate office & GM –CS designated Ms. JP Mundkur.
8. On 25/09 only I then escalate the case to the highest level of Vodafone India Authority in the capacity as a MD & CEO Mr. Sunil Sood.
9. On 25/09/15 I received a call from Mr. Avadhoot and started querying about the reason to escalate case to TRAI, but when I asked him to checked my communication from 01/09/15 till dated i.e. 25/09 with Subject line reminder 15, which he poses for checking and confirm the recipient of entire communication chain. He conclude with a confirmation that he will go through the mail and revert by next day. It never happened till now.
10. As per the confirmation mail received from Vodafone-Mumbai on 25/09/15 (Copy Enclosed), it clearly showing closing balance as on 25/09/15 (-) ₹144.90
11. Unfortunately Vodafone team continues with illegal calls and harassment by using different modern technology tools like AVC, Disconnecting lines, Phone calls which are already recorded in this email.
12. Vodafone team never bothered to address my queries and my reminders till today which Vodafone team received and acknowledged also by Email and SMS confirmation but unethically changes the Service Request Number on their own by citing receipt of my complaint from TRAI whereas I still continues the same email chain of 01/09/15. Service Request Numbers are 114203207 , 114976011 , 123435278 , 114912211& 115668196.
13. They also making false billing of the Month of September as well as October month whereas even on having stopped using the no as the reason already highlighted as well as they rejected my MNP porting out request twice and last one was 05/10/15.
14. Surprisingly today I received a another stereotype communication when I raised concern about authenticity of Appellate officer and they cleverly supersedes the communication with unknown person in place of Ms. V Rodricks as a Nodal Officer. Vodafone also twice rejected my MNP request from 03/09/15. They also illegally terminate my connection from 05/10/15 without paying me the mentally harassment compensation and illegally blackmailing me by threatening in different methods.
15. Please also find enclosed copy of the receipts of my email and its acknowledge confirmation from Vodafone team (46 email acknowledgement & 22 SMS confirmation).

It also appear that Mr. Sunil Sood –MD of Vodafone India is involved personally in this malpractices. Because of the disconnection I am losing my business revenue where my clients are from USA as well as difficult for my old parents to communicate as they stay alone in other city.

Looking forward for your personal attention and guidance which destroying is my mental peace and causing huge financial business losses.

Compensation asked from Vodafone was 5.5lacs.
