The Vodafone treacherously downloaded a hello1_tvallsouth pack in my mobile and charged INR 100 . The customercare people saying that if I had clicked on any link in one of the messages they sent it is auto-downloaded. This is not the first time they have cheated. They have charged extra charges for the STD pack I have bought at extra cost ( charging for STD calls while I have more than 700 unused STD minutes in the pack.
