I have been using the vodka phone number 9888019668 since December,2014, but since last two month Vodafone is charging me unrealistic extra amount of Rs 800 in the month of jan15 and Rs 1600 in the month of Feb15, for using or downloading data from paid sites like dwap_dls0099_ppu_kin005****** , hello_1tvallsouth****** etc which I have never used and even never heard of.
So I want clarification and justification for the above complain.
