Hi Team,

I recharged my account with 35 rupees for 2G net pack. 31st MAR 2015 was the las day of the net balance. on 31st MAR 2015 vodafone company have deducted my 99 repee form my account for DNLD-DWAP_DLS0099_PPU_KIN00587001. I am the only user of my phone and I have made no such download from my number. Even I dont know what is this. I had data (2G) balance in my phone also. So there is no change of something related to mobile data. Please help me to get solution of this. I have faced the same kind kind of balance deduction earlier also on 9th MAR 2015. Now i want my money back .When I asked to customer care they told me that you have dowloaded the chargable content. I am going to cunsumer court for this.. Best regards Rahul.
