Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Sansit Beura having mobile number +91-9901800188 and email ID [email protected] have been using a Vodafone data card since 2-3 years

I had a 99 per month plan activated on my vodafone number 9886026519

I had requested to change it to MI_C_V_650_30d_D3GB_FU_3G which was active on my SIM effective 25/06/2015(I have email confirmation from Vodafone for the same) which has 3G data usage limit of 3 GB

Now my total data usage till the next billing date i.e 25/07/2015 is 794 MB which is well within of my 3 GB limit and the bill should have been 650 INR + taxes. However I get a bill of 4261.56 INR

Upon raising a comcern on the hefty bill Vodafone tries to trick me by offering an discount of 2964.12 INR and asks me to pay 1297.44 INR to settle the account. I wished to get rid of the connection so agreed to 1297.44 INR as a full and final settlement with Vodafone as per my discussion with Rohan Jhadav via interaction number 111900674

I got an email confirmation from Vodafone confirming termination of my connection effective 10th August and request number is 112718744

However to my surprise I got a bill for full month on 25th August and the total outstanding amount has been revised to 1946.47 INR

Post that Vodafone has been mentally torturing me asking me to provide various offers instead of terminating the connection. I have been requesting them to provide a valid settlement amount to close this connection which should be no more than the rental for 45 calendar days as per the email confirmations from Vodafone. 1. change of plan effective 25th June 2015 and 2. Termination of connection effective 10th August

I request a strong action to be taken against Vodafone so that they think before trying to fool other customers
