Call-drop and Network related issues (Mobile No. +91 9868576151)
Kind Atten: Vodafone Appellate Desk
I would like to inform you that since last 8-10 days I am regularly in touch with Vodafone care, as I am new to Vodafone. I have used porting services from MTNL Delhi to Vodafone Bihar & Jharkhand but the services of Vodafone in the area is nothing, almost zero hence call drop is often occurred and balances are being deducted without making proper talk. Even voice clearance problem is there, so we are not able to talk more often while we are spending more than 8 hours inside office premises.
As per Vodafone Care, network frequency is better outside the office/house premises, so Vodafone should offer us chairs to sit outside the house premises and make a call. Even they should suggest us to give appointment to our relatives, outsiders, and students to call on such and such time, when we are outside to avail better network connectivity of Vodafone.
It’s really frustrating that the Vodafone is second most popular network channel after Airtel but the services are almost 5% in comparison with the Airtel. I have an Airtel SIM also and the network is never less than 78% in any mobile.
Sometimes Vodafone asks to change the mobile. I would like to request them to offer me a free mobile so that we can change the SIM so often because if we’ll go to purchase a new mobile it will really costly and our money matter. Oh no! Actually, our money doesn’t matter to Vodafone, that’s why they make silly excuses and advise like nonsense.
I called to Customer Care Number 198 and talked to the Sr. Supervisor at 10:10 hours on 31.12.2015 regarding the issue. He talked to me like he was annoyed with the concern. He was not ready to listen to me regarding my call drop and lost money due to non-availability of network. I asked him about what is the penalty if call drop is being done due to LOW COVERAGE AREA and that arrogant executive straightly refused that stating a reason that it’s your problem sir, we are not worried about that and we are not going to refund any money for your deduction due to call drop or low coverage area.
Today a clip has been published in DAINIK JAGRAN, DEOGHAR Sanskaran (Dhanbad, Thursday, 31.12.2015, Santhal Pargana Sanskaran, Rashtriya Jagran Column, Page No. 17, Naye Saal Me Badal Jayega Haal) that if call drop is being done due to low network coverage, communication channel will pay for that from 1st Jan. 2016 but Vodafone is denying about that thing. As per the senior executive’s conversation, he is not aware for any such thing hence he is not worried about the call drop disturbance, as it doesn’t grab his own money. Customers are not a matter to worry about that is why their money doesn’t matter to Vodafone Communication at all.
It also may be noted that the said location, i.e. Mandakin Sadan, Basuwadih Rohini Road, Jasidih, Deoghar-814142 is the Regional Centre of IGNOU and more than 200 students daily approach regarding their issues and they also suffer, if they are using Vodafone SIM due to this low frequency of network and even after so many emails and conversations, Vodafone is not taking the issue on PRIORITY BASIS.
Yesterday also I made an STD call and due to call drop interruption, my call got disconnected and balance was deducted. In case of deduction, Vodafone is not tolerating anything, but where customers satisfaction arises, their concern are nothing but a DOT.
I am really repenting that why I used porting services from MTNL to Vodafone and if I would aware of the disgusting services will be provided by the Vodafone Company, I would never select Vodafone Communication Channel at all.
I, therefore, again requesting you to kindly look into the matter personally and do the needful at the earliest. Leave your chair, come to the site and see what’s exactly going on. We all customers are the sources of income for Vodafone, they are not doing any favour for us, if doing so, they can definitely set a banner that THE NETWORK IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS AREA, SO YOU ARE REQUESTED NOT TO USE VODAFONE SIM AT ALL.
A sharp action in the matter is awaited.
With regards,
Pritesh Kumar
