Lazer hair removal agreement

I had booked a laser hair removal sitting plan at Vibes laser centre, Siliguri in July 2014 for Rs 25,000/-( Twenty Five thousands only) for chest, shoulder and lower abdominal.

2. I had deposited amount in 2 instalment in July 2014 using my credit card and debit cards.

3 I was asked by Vibes centre that it may take 7 sittings for removal of hair and it will remove appx 90-95% of hair.

4. I was given my first sitting at Vibes service centre Green Park, New Delhi during my visit there in July 2014 and all remaining sittings(total of 9 against their commitment of 7 for removal of hair) in Vibes centre, Siliguri , WB.

5. The last sitting I was given in August/ September 2016, but no improvement in my hair growth.

6 It is a cheating and exaggerated advertisement by this hair and beauty service provider.

7. Hence it is requested to take appropriate action against the firm and provide suitable compensation to me for lack in service.
