I was provided an offer where by it was informed to me by the sales agent, that i will be provided with discount as and when i purchase any goods using the card which will be provided. It was also informed to me that no lumpsum amount will be debited to my credit card account and i will not be required to make any payment to the credit card company. The payment will be made in installment and that the same will be debited in the month in which the dscount amount is more than Rs. 1000. However when i received my credit card statement the entire amount of Rs. 7,999 was debited and i was asked to pay this. After this i called the executive to check this and i was informed that there was no such scheme and the scheme timeline was over, however i had executed the transaction on the same day when this offer was communicated. Later on when i received the card, the same was not accepted by any of the place where i tried to use. I called again to the sales agent and i was informed and promised that i will be provided with a new card which i can use in shops which were located close to my area, It is almost 2 months now that i have not received the card. I also called the sales agent many time and every time i was informed that my senior will call back and the call was never returned. This is a real fraud company and strict action should be taken, I would also liked to know how can i recover my money from them now.
