An unknown stranger telephoned with the name Radha Krishnan (08800292854) stating they are calling from HDFC bank and are offering some reward points (8300) and intimated that VEE ESS Solutions will call shortly to offer some of the cashless prize. This fraudulent cheating company charged Rs 7999. My complaint to HDFC bank is still unresolved.

With the name of reputed bank HDFC, some strangers are doing malpractice. How this can be achieved to know about the HDFC customer details. Need to address whether this group is interconnected. I would like to know how best to take action against them.
