Poor Quality and poor customer service

First thing is very bad customer service. When we raise any issue through the e-mail they have provided they won’t respond nor call. No proper contact number. Company is worst, not even having minimum basic ethics to run.
Quality of the product is pathetic and we can’t expect such difference between the product and picture they show about the product. They are just cheating public and making money. Worst product quality maintenance.
