Respected sir/Madam,

Myself is Thanuja ,this is regarding a complaint against online shopping website www.vastrova.com, this vastrova team selling very poor material and cheating customers while displaying high quality material photos and positive reviews in website.
Recently on 6-1-2019 I have ordered one kurtha in this website ita cost rs 1960 and make a payment through my debit card, once I received my order I came to know it’s very cheap material and not matching as they shown, this is my order reference number VT154677839621 .
Now they are not ready to return my amount and not responding to my query through mail as they don’t have contact details.
I would request you to give justice to get return my money .
