My name is Rohit Nair and I lives in Mumbai

I had got a message that we will give you Personal loan in 15 days. I got contact with a person named Mohd. Shadab, co. no.7840026164. He ttells me that i have to deposit 25,000 Rs in the name of Value Added Card pvt. ltd.and I will get a loan of 5,00,000 Rs in 15 days.He asked me to courier my ID ,2 Passport size photo,A cheque of Rs 25,000 and a cancelled cheque to “DOCUMENTS COLLECTION CENTER,ADD-RAGHAV SHARMA(kpo-100899),A-60 Ground Floor Sector -2, NOIDA-201301

As I lives in Mumbai I courriered all the documents to him.The cheque no.was cleared on 15-04-2014. After 15 days I call Mohd. Shadab for my loan process.He tells me that my civil points is less(i.e -75 points) and the minimum amount for loan is 175 points,so I have to pay 75,000 Rs to increase my civil poiunts. And if I wants to cancelled the loan process, I will get the 25%of the total amount i.e.6,250 after 3 months.

I called Mohd. Shadab and said that this point has not been mentioned in the terms and conditions but he cuts my phone.I don’t have Raghav Sharmas contact no.so I frequently called Mohd.Shadab,but he never receives my phone till now and now it has gone above 3 months.

I kindly request you to take a severe action against them and help me to get my money back.
