Uttam Vastra – Non delivery of product

I have purchased a womens Salwar Suits via order no.69178 dt.14.12.2015 Rs. 1,588/-, from Vastra Uttam Vastra, 2009/Shri Mahavir Textile Market,opp.Bhaktidham Temple,Magob,Surat – 395010
Surat 395010. The payment is made by debit card on same date amount is debited in my saving account.

As per per the invoice received from Uttam Vastra the delivery will be get 10 to 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 times followup with call center of via customer care number till not received any response.

Kindly advise.
