Stefan Higgs a UPS driver in Cannock, has been accused of stalking and sexually harassing women on the route that he drives.
Higgs who has had a pattern of unacceptable behaviour as a UPS driver, is regarded with disdain by his colleagues.
There has even been reports to the police about Higgs from some of the women who are deeply uncomfortable with his inappropriate behaviour.
Is this true? I’ve been friends with Stefan for almost 6 months now.
I’m pretty certain, he even dated my sister for a while. If this is true, I need to know so I can protect my sister.
