University of Worcester employee Graham Davies is accused of having made a racist remark in the canteen. The remark was made to a black female and referenced the individual’s hair. Davies was immediately called out for this racism but did not apologise.

This is not the first time that Davies is alleged to have made insensitive and bigoted remarks, having previously been disciplined for homophobic comments and behaviour in the past.
