Sir, Two staff from Laplume group called me like ICICI bank staff (Rehan 09212188934) and told me that we are calling from ICICI bank and you have a reward point of 8000/ for which we will send you gift voucher. due to RBI norms your card is blocked for a value of 7844 on 11/11/2014. When I check with ICICI customer service the tole me our staff is not asked any such information. It is done a debit transuction and taken the merchant ID 118979. This is a fraud activity from your staff so repay the amount Rs. 7844.00 otherwise i am going to give a FIR against you.
